Shipping Policy


USPS standard shipping is $5.

If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order.

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Once the package ships, there is a 5-7 business day estimated arrival time. While the orders typically arrive within 3-4 days of ordering, we cannot  guarantee on the speed in which USPS delivers them. We are not responsible for items delayed by USPS. Please note, delivery time frame does not include Sundays or holidays.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

If your package is lost in transit please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused the mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.
