If you have received a damaged or defective item, please call us at (337) 484-1122 or email us at orderhazelynn@gmail.com. All damaged items must be noted to us no longer than 2 business days of receiving and checking over your item(s) for damages.
WE OFFER STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. If there are any questions regarding sizing or styling, please contact us. Store Credits do not expire. We have new styles arriving weekly, we would love to help you in find something if your purchase does not work out. All shoes, swim, intimates, and sale items are a FINAL sale.
IN STORE PURCHASES can be exchanged and/or returned for a store credit up to 7 days after purchase.

DO WE SEND RETURN LABELS?
We do not offer Return Labels at this time.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? You will receive an email with E-Gift card within 3 business days of when we receive your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must inspected and processed.
Actual Gift Cards expire 1 year from purchase date.
